Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at enchantedears.business@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We do not accept returns for size exchanges or change of mind, as each item may be printed or made to order.
